As a condition of pretrial release, you are required to participate in active supervision by the Pretrial Supervision Agency. This includes regular check-ins, compliance monitoring, and access to supportive services to help ensure court appearances and compliance with any release conditions.
To support the cost of supervision services, a Supervision Monitoring Fee of $100 per month is assessed. This fee helps cover the cost of case management, electronic monitoring (if applicable), drug testing, and other compliance tools used by the agency.
